Patient presents with intermittent, food related upper abdominal pain. What's the diagnosis?
On axial image 51 a crater-like defect is evident at the medial aspect of the first part of the duodenum, which shows adjacent wall oedema and peri-D1 inflammatory change. The appearance is consistent with a D1 ulcer.
