Patient presents with dysuria. Treated with antibiotics for a urinary tract infection. What's the diagnosis?

A bilobed peripherally enhancing fluid density within the prostate gland raises concern for a prostatic abscess. There is fluid in the right testis, which requires further ultrasound assessment and may represent a right testicular abscess. A right hydrocoele is noted.
