Patient presents with sudden onset severe abdominal pain and hypotension. What's the diagnosis?

A large volume haemoperitoneum is present. There is a ‘sentinel clot’ at the root of the mesentery, at the superior margin of which a 5mm ovoid enhancing structure is present (axial image 84) concerning for a mesenteric aneurysm here, which has ruptured, accounting for the haemoperitoneum. This was confirmed at surgery.
