Patient presents with right upper quadrant pain. What's the diagnosis?
A cholecystectomy clip has migrated into the distal common bile duct. There is mild biliary epithelial hyperenhancement at the cystic duct and proximal common bile duct, with adjacent mild inflammatory-appearing stranding, suggestive of a cholangitis. Mild oedema of the second part of the duodenum may be due to a secondary concomitant duodenitis.
