Patient presents with severe epigastric pain. What's the diagnosis?
A defect at the lesser curvature of the stomach, suggestive of a ulcer, shows adjacent intraluminal curvilinear high density, suggestive on this arterial phase study of an active arterial bleed. The gastric contests are likely a large volume of blood clot. Incidental note is made of a hyperenhancing liver lesion spanning segments VI / VII, concerning for hepatocellular carcinoma, which requires dedicated liver lesion characterisation imaging.
