Patient presents with right mediastinal abnormality detected on x-ray. What's the diagnosis? 

A well-circumscribed, smooth margined right posterior mediastinal lesion immediately posterolateral to the oesophagus carries a differential diagnosis, but most likely represents a duplicative cyst.
