Patient presents with weight loss and cough. What's the diagnosis?

There are destructive left upper rib lesions, pleural and parenchymal increased density at the left upper lateral hemithorax, and a left pulmonary nodule at the left lower lobe, due to primary LLL lung carcinoma with left chest wall metastases in this case.
