Patient presents with nosebleed. What's the diagnosis?
An exophytic lesion showing a convoluted cerebriform morphology appears to arise from the superolateral wall of the left maxillary antrum, and extends through the hiatus semilunaris into the nasal cavity. Its imaging appearance is consistent with an inverted papilloma.
